. Delivery timelines (if stated) are estimates and not guaranteed
. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
Ensure that delivery addresses are correct; we are not liable for items sent to the wrong address if incorrect details were provided by you.
5.1 Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when you buy goods online:
. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason
. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item
. We must issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item

5.2 Our Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it provided that:

Most standard returns are accepted under these conditions.

.Ship the item securely – you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
Unless an item is faulty or we have offered a prepaid returns label, you are responsible for return postage costs.
5.4 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will refund you the amount paid for the item.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at sales@ajwa.london within 30 days of receipt.
We may require photos or evidence to assess the issue.
