Cancellation Policy

Orders at AJWA.LONDON are processed quickly and are typically dispatched within 12 working hours.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Once an order is confirmed, our fulfilment system begins processing automatically and cannot be stopped.
This policy also applies to TikTok Shop orders.

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order, including product selection, sizing, and delivery address.

Returns

UK Website Orders Only

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided all return criteria below are met.

Return Fee

A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage

Any express or upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition

  • Items must be free from stains, marks, or perfume smells

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • UK customers only

  • International returns are not accepted

  • TikTok Shop returns must be processed directly through TikTok

Returns Process

  1. Ensure the item meets the return eligibility criteria listed above

  2. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return

  3. Include your order number and reason for return

  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a returns label

  5. Send the item back within the 14-day period

  6. Once received, you will be notified by email

  7. Please allow up to 5 working days for inspection

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to reject returns for the following:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items that are marked, stained, perfumed, or damaged

  • Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons

Unidentified items may be disposed of by our warehouse for health and safety reasons.
